  We loved this restaurant. Came highly recommended and they were right. First thing we saw when we entered was the owner/chef making homemade pasta in the dining area. Stuffed (Lobster, beans, arugula, etc.) ravioli. Delicious! Then he came out of the kitchen with a serving tray topped off with 4 types of fish. The fish was cooked whole and when brought to the table, the waiter cleaned the fish before putting in front of me. Great presentation and tasted just as good. In keeping with the “Let me show you” theme, he then came out of the kitchen with a number of different desert that where very good as well. Our overall experience was 5 Stars. Not just dinner, it was a great night out.

  This is hands down the best Italian Seafood restaurant in all of South Florida! Marco and his staff run this little hidden gem just under the radar enough to keep it from being overly trendy and annoyingly patroned. The fresh seafood and hand picked vegetables are flawlessly prepared EVERY time. In my opinion, consistency and good service are the most important things an eatery con offer, and Sapori has offers both in spades! Don't worry about the menu, just make a reservation, get there, and ask them to show you the fresh fish and how Marco is preparing it that night and choose from there. You will be blown away!

  As a whole, everything is delicious. I usually eat a pasta and simple grilled fish every time I go. The fish are the freshest and the highest quality. This is where you go for local delicacies like pompano and hogfish. Further, as someone with celiac, it's awesome to know that with the exception of the homemade pastas, almost any dish can be made gluten free. On top of the selection, the kitchen has a dedicated area for gluten free preparation, they even have gluten free breadcrumbs and flour. If I could afford it, I'd eat here every night.
