  This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to! This place completely ruined my day. I expected more from a salon that is located in downtown Boca. My lady and I went there as walk in clients and was promised by the receptionist a 1:15 and 1:30 appointment. We returned at 1:00 o'clock and was we both had to wait for 32 minutes for our pedicures. This 1:15 appointment was not honored. It was now evident that this establishment was unorganized. When we sat down for our pedicures, I over heard the receptionist trying to decide who would take care of us. After figuring out how to get their head out of their asses my pedicure began. My lady sat down next to me for 20 minutes waiting for her to get her feet done. Her nail tech came and sat down and took an extra 20 minutes to get back to her. After which he told her "sorry, my client is here." Just like that, no apologies, no remorse, no care in the world. People don't just pay for the pedicure, they pay for good service. This was the worse service and customer care I've ever received. The receptionist then came to the nail tech that was giving me a pedicure and asked her to do my lady's feet because we have no one else. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction to the receptionist and she seemed unbothered at how infuriated I was. I will never return to this place again. Worse experience ever!
