  Good food however seemed a bit disorganized. The wait was a little excessive considering there were plenty of open seats.

  We have dined at Broken Egg a number of times (20+) since this location opened and we had always thought it was pretty good but this last time will in fact be the last time.
  The menu had changed recently so I decided to order something new--Broken Egg®Chicken & Biscuit Sandwich. Looked like it would be good from the description and things we order there usually are good. It took a while to get the food, maybe 30 minutes but I have no real problem with that. When the order did arrive, my wife's looked fine but mine was fried chicken on a waffle. I could not remember even seeing that item on the menu so I was baffled. I had been up all night working and felt pretty tired so I just said, I didn't want that, and I would stick with the coffee, just take that off the bill since it was not what I ordered. I was kind of surprised at the amount of the bill (around $25) considering we had gotten only one breakfast, a coffee and a tea but I was wasn't up to arguing about the bill so I left a good sized tip and we left.
  I was curious though-- how I wound up with chicken and waffles? After looking very closely again at the menu online---yes they do have it, on the children's menu. I also now realize, based on what we paid they never took it off the bill. I dislike letting one bad experience override the previous decent ones, but given there are quite a few choices of breakfast places I do not see us going back any time soon.
