  Only reason why this FRANCHISE is still in business is their 5 minute proximity from FAU and the fact their right on Glades. Their registers charge more on taxes (rigged) than other stores. They set their own rules and go unregulated by corporate. The "employees" or franchise owners family are extremely rude and impersonal, the place is dump. If you can spare the time to go somewhere else do so. You'll feel better about yourself later.

  The worker who cashed me out accused me of stealing because I got an iced coffee and switched cups when I noticed the cup was dirty. In addition, I always take a sip to make sure it's the right flavor because they often mix up the flavors. So she thought I had drunk a 24 oz cup of ice coffee in a matter of seconds and refilled. I explained myself but she did not even apologize. Last time I'll be coming to this store. I've never stolen in my life. In fact, this is the first time I've even been accused of stealing! How rude.
